Hump Day [12 to 17]

17.  American Thinker

It is true that far too many of us have succumbed to their carefully contrived fear of Covid, but people are waking up to their duplicity.  The fact that these hundreds of thousands of migrants and refugees are arriving without any covid restrictions says it all.  None of this is about anyone’s health.  It’s all about power and control.  May the left soon find itself in a sea of misery.
16.  Lifesite

‘We have an unclear need with unclear motivation, significant safety concerns, poor evidence of sustained boost efficacy, and wrong priorities,’ said Dr. David Wiseman, a top Johnson & Johnson researcher.
15.  Vox nails it too

On a French beach, c. 1928

Slight change of plan.  Polit items are building again from PhantomDigger, Steve, Adam, Lifesite, American Thinker, Vox - all coming up around 2:15 p.m.  Meanwhile, this video:

I've always liked such things.  Decades ago, during my putting on of plays and films [inc. my own shorts],   I was given access to Super 8s [yep, I did do a projection course, plus First Aid and mini-bus driver courses, they were fun], and thus was lent some Czech anti-war shorts, plus things like the above, only they were film, already colourised.

I adore such things but this type above is really something - despite new tech making it easier, they're still the product of work and love.  Love em.

Hump Day [7 to 11]

Ever onwards.  Next post somewhere between elevenses and lunch.

Hump Day [2 to 6]

Keep humping.

6.  Haiku

John Sekta  head of Melbourne construction Union..  The  Tradies are marching again - third day now. Cos they don't want the Covid jab  so gummint have shut them down min 2 weeks or until they give in and bare their arms. Scary stuff I mean I wouldn't try and inject him 😖😷

[Not at our age anyway, haiku.]

Comment below changes the whole thing

Hump Day [1]

1.  Time to make some things clear to any readers/commenters at any site

I'll get back to that.  Just awoke about 7:30 a.m., with Steve's, PhantomDigger's, DAD's and Torquaymada's ready to go in 90 minutes in HD[2].  Very sneezy, as are others I know, so I believe.

Morning, all!

Right, let's get down to this.  Most blogs are on a platform.  The most common is Blogspot, the next most used WordPress.  Each have advantages and disadvantages.  After that come self-hosted, as this blog was, three times, but the 'firewall' or intermediary was a tech minded chap in each case.  Now I'm on Blogger and WP as you know.  Self-hosting is no protection as GoDaddy and Amazon, for example, then have tabs on you.

Whenever anyone at all comments, he/she leaves an email.  Emails can be created at the drop of a hat and so do not tell much.  What is also left is an IP address, or address on the web of the device you used to make the comment.  Some devices have a fixed IP and to use some software requires a fixed IP.  Some devices have an ever changing IP.  I'm in both positions myself.

Modern film, inc. Bond

Lord Somber's hard at it today:

Moving on now to my own thoughts on this, first the reason why I could not run the Critical Drinker - it was the revolting clips I was not remotely interested in.  What he had to say though was well thought out.

Essentially, what he was saying can be put down to:
