An interesting thought, isn't it? What if they did let him go? Pretty lethal.
Many claws make light work.If they let go it would fall. Not much stabbing involved in a vertical dive. Of course if our government was doing this they would have stab proof vests on just in case. Oh and be unable to fly. Lucky for them they are not socialists.
Oh and I doubt that is real.
