There's apparently a problem for some people getting into my site and so I'm running a poll top left concerning how you're finding it getting into my site. It would help if you could respond. Thanks.

Well, as you can see, I've moved the blogrolls to a linked site from the gold navbar and am currently running through them, trying to get them aligned with the Blogreader. The result might be better.
Thank you for responding to the survey so far and in the comments below. I'm trying to make access faster.
I'm guessing this is so- I have no problems, but it is a fraction of a second slow, and my browser is pretty good, usually.

ReplyDeleteA bit slow to complete loading but no real problem.
Sometimes it's slow to load and sometimes when I want to comment it keeps jumping around. But usually no probs.

ReplyDeleteI've been having the same problems. It seems that some blogs are hanging up while loading blogrolls. I think blogrolling.com are having a few snags at the moment.
I am coming down the posts, so commented above about this. I tried to load last Saturday's blogfocus and it just hung up. I do have a high speed cable connection with a year old computer, so it shouldn't be me.

James - you blog at such a rate that the older posts quickly disappear off the page, so it's hard to locate any I had previously commented on and would like to look at again to see if more comments had been added. I'd like to be able to locate your earlier posts more easily. :-) It is loading much faster for me than it was before you rearranged it.
ReplyDeleteWell, they are there clear as day now (the archives) - but they weren't earlier; the archive section doesn't always load for me.
