I particularly liked Chimes Blues. He could play a bit, Mr Ball.It strikes me that the brisk pace they're playing at is probably determined by the competition - the rising rock & roll bands.

Have always liked Kenny Ball - He used to live near where Woodsy42 and I grew up, roughly halfway between us I believe! Quick break - now back outside while le soleil brille!

I generally find Kenny Ball too bouncy although I like no.1.
