Was going to wait but saw Steve had commented, plus I needed a gap between Moosh and Bobbie.  It's about what's really puzzling me.

Not so much the total division in society now, nor China, Russia and the deathcult nations all being happy with that, plus western commies and the brainwashed young ... all that's a given ... college professors etc.

Not so much that satan has so many in thrall, has the dirt on the DeN etc., all who were silly to give way ... nope, it's not specifically that.

It's the utter impunity, of Merchan, Smith, James, Willis et al ever thinking they could do this with impunity, in total security.  Who, precisely, gave them their assurance? Obama? Shirley they could not be so utterly stoopid as to believe anything Brandon said?

Or was it a combination of stupidity, thrall, threat, seething hatred? The air of total self-assurance that it was all fine, that the Man had their backs so to speak.

And the other thing not at all surprising ... no surprise whatever ... is the mindset of zero concern for other humans in the land or for the nation itself. Stunning but that bit's easy to see.

Straight to the point: Trump (including his legal team) didn't know what the specific charges against him were until yesterday afternoon - six weeks into his trial. The judge revealed them in his final instructions to the jury, which is without precedent. 

Further, the judge told the 12 jurors he would accept a 4-4-4 verdict on the three charges instead of an unanimous verdict on each. This goes against 800 years of Anglo-American jurisprudence. There's more:
