I've listened to comedy repeats on Radio 7 (now R4 Extra) for years, but the output has dropped below par in the past few years, along with pointless timetable changes. The latest one introduces a new comedy show 'Yesterday in Parliament' - I listened for 30 secs and realised it wasn't funny, had unbelievable actors and a dreadful script, so switched off (for the rest of the day). Back to Maigret!

DeleteWhile I was browsing news offerings on utub last night I stumbled across an item stating that Putin has been deposed. Temporary president called for immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of all troops. Army in disarray. Economy plummeting. And so on. I watched (and laughed at the blatant string of lies) most of it. Further browsing brought me another hat dozen in the same vein. These unbelievable levels of propaganda suggest that someone is getting desperate.
