8. A quite unsatisfactory site
Let’s start with the premise that there’s no money in blogging … plus so many of us blog and the rest just want to read what others think. On that basis, if I click on Laura’s graphic above in the email, it takes me to a convoluted series of steps involving money.
All I wanted to say there was that the suicides are a direct result of hopelessness but if you have faith in the Trinity … if you really do … you’d never suicide unless in physical pain beyond … because you are needed (look up Mr. Satterthwaite again). You find ways around, plus stop the navel-gazing woe-is-me thang.
On second thoughts, perhaps it was better I did not get through after all. No one wants to hear or read that previous paragraph.

Why do people write such rubbish as "JFK was against escalation in Vietnam"?
ReplyDeleteEisenhower had left him with around 800 soldiers in Vietnam. JFK increased that to 16,000.
If a twenty-fold increase isn't "escalation", what is?
So much written about JFK is sentimental tripe.
Depends at which point you’re talking … yes, the increase, yes Bay of Pigs etc. butthen he started getting ideas, as the alt media discovered in the early 2000s … he lost the neocon mojo. At that point, history on him stopped in any reliable form.
