Video footage shows the vessels light’s temporarily go out suggesting the possibility of power control issues.
The Port of Baltimore, responsible for 25% of the country’s coal exports, will be closed to all shipping traffic until the Francis Scott Key Bridge wreckage is cleared.
Apparently this Bridge Collapse is being treated as a ‘Mass Casualty Event’ with officials saying terrorism has NOT been ruled out."
