Strikes me that the pic in your link is a bad photoshop too. Can't get in close enough to tell on the judge version, but the anti-alias outline around Epstein in the other pic, plus the fingers missing from his right hand does it for me. I think it was meant to look like his fingers were in a gap in the console, but on close inspection you will see that there is no gap, the console is stepped.
Having done some retouching and image manipulation in Photoshop I would say that's a fake. The sharp outline at the top of his head is too clean, I would have feathered it a bit. That's after a second or two looking at it as is, on my works Mac I would have been able to go in to minute detail.
On the Epstein one his fingers are still missing but on this one there is no oversharp anti-alias outline. That is a good marker for a fake when an image is overlayed on a white background like Epstein's head is. That leads me to be suspicious of my own diagnosis of that picture, as I could be wrong about the fingers also.
The judge version is blatant. Note that his foot and legs are in exactly the same position as Epstein's in the first pic, as is Maxwell. Same colour of trousers and single sock and the folds and creases are identical. Also, look at the window ledge where Epstein rests his right hand - in the judge pic, some text (unreadable to me) has miraculously appeared along the edge. Epstein's arm has been erased from the ledge and the top half of the judge superimposed over Epstein's top half.
The cup that the judge is holding is drawn on, the bottle still has some of the background of the original pic it came from (plus there is no thumb holding it so it must be super glued to his palm), and whoever made this pic has forgotten to recolour the top left corner of the window behind the judge's head.
Andy - Photoshop was always way overpriced and beyond my reach. I've found Paint.NET to be excellent though nowhere near as advanced. Being modular is also good as there is a plugin for most purposes. A great community too, with tutorials.
Bottom photo is a photoshop and a bad one.

DeleteGlad you dropped by to give them the once over - I don't have the best eye-sight where images are concerned.

DeleteNow that you sent these links, its easy to tell that the judge version is fake. Compare these two side by side -
