8.  Just some comments

#  I think however, that the voters of this country need to wake up and realise that they are the problem. I am already hearing people stating they will vote Labour next election. To begin with we need a strong right wing party. Yes right wing. Not centre right or far right. Just right wing which would mean a total clear out of civil servants, education, and NHS. In the very same way that Tony Blair and his marxist ideas changed our country in 1997. Until we get a truly conservative party the far left will control UK.

#  "Northern Ireland will be reinstated with Ireland." That is an inevitability thanks to the Good Friday agreement.

#  It wasn't wrong policy, it was just badly delivered.

#  Truss and Kwarteng do appear to be lazy, as you say, and not very good at the fundamentals of politics.

#  Did anyone seriously expect Truss to be the Messiah?  During the never-ending leadership campaign she never once showed any of the qualities needed to be PM.  Add to this that the membership didn't want Sunak and the parliamentary party didn't want Truss and it was clear that the next two years are going to be quite a ride.  And that's before we talk about the state of the economy at the outset.

#  I have encountered women like Truss at work many times. Typically they are hugely ambitious with a highly inflated sense of their abilities and worth. They have very little regard for anyone else's opinion and blame someone else when their decisions go wrong (note how quick she was to pin all the blame for the 45p tax cut on Kwarteng). Then they waltz off somewhere else to leave everyone else to clear up the wreckage they have left behind. Sensible managers realise this and just give them meaningless projects to do that make them feel important but do not do any damage. Unfortunately we are now stuck with one as Prime Minister, for a few months at least.

Whilst that is true, I have to add that I know women of immense power in a real way (look who’s going anecdotal now).  They’re shrewd, they play to their multitasking strengths, they’re pretty devastating up close because they’re also femmes desirable. They’re wives, mothers, daughters, people gravitate towards them, they’re needed and wanted, they can minimise their occasional inanities and fixations, they can trigger and enslave a man.

So when I see cows like Rebekah Brooks, Louise Bagshawe, Rebecca Vardy, Jackboot Ardern, Cortez, Omar … useless wastes of space who, once in power, are a menace … when other women you’d entust your life to … wwweeellllll, you do understand my summary dismissal of the bints.
