Max Splodge. He was once a member of a band in which two work colleagues played. They laughed when he released that. One of them told me a story that Max appeared in court for some reason and when asked if he had anything to say replied: 'It's a fair cop guv and society's to blame.'
From other anecdotes I heard about him it I'm prepared to believe that it may well be true.
