[exercise and a little drink] and don't forget diet and love

Yes

A European Heart Journal study suggests the combination can cut the risk of heart disease. A Danish team found people who led an active lifestyle were less prone to heart disease - but the risk was cut still further if they drank moderately.

The researchers followed nearly 12,000 men and women for nearly 20 years, during which 1,242 died from ischaemic heart disease (IHD). Overall, they found people who did not drink or take any exercise had the highest risk of heart disease - 49% higher than people who either drank, exercised or did both.

When comparing people who took similar levels of exercise, they found that those who drank moderately - one to 14 units of alcohol a week - were around 30% less likely to develop heart disease than non-drinkers.

That stands to reason but for well-being, surely you'd have to add:

1. spiritual welfare - being at ease in one's head, happy in he job and generally easy about things;

2. diet - eating properly is so vitally important it was a surprise this was not factored into the study;

3. good relationship with a loved one. I mean, how important is this?

Alternatively, it is also logical that people who are spiritually not at one, who over-eat fatty or excessively carbo foods, are sedentary, drink nothing perhaps due to wowserism and are alone are at the greatest risk.

There's a message there, methinks.

No

  1. How many people are "spiritually at one"? Are you? I prefer a little bit of fizz in my life and that upsets those tranquil balances.

  2. Fizz though, Lady Ellee, is all part of the spirit. Without it would be awful.

Am I at one? In the light of the current troubles, it might not appear so but there is comfort to be found.

  3. Cargill products are heavily involved in most fast food, burgers, etc, and ice-creams.
If you look at Cargill Co alliances, and ultimate owners, you wouldn't touch their products with a barge pole.

  4. You are correct, Anon 15.57
I found these articles on a link provided by (another?) anon a couple of days ago.

    here

    here

    and here

The above links are a summary of Rockefellers efforts at global population reduction through bio-engineering of food-stuffs, grains/fruits, etc with World Bank, IMF, and UN connivance, and "health related" projects through various charities which ultimately resulted in inoculations containing, ermm, "additives" which resulted in the forced sterilisation of hundreds of thousands of third-world females.

Companies and individuals are named, yet because of Rockefeller/CFR/Trilateral connections, they still walk free.

Tony Blair is implicated to a major degree in the above, as his political power was used to trash legitimate research findings.

It would appear that his recent appointment to JP Morgan has far more in it than merely BB>CFR>T, connections. This is payback time for selling the country to the EU, and for selling the personal health of the UK (and possibly global) population to the profit and loss account of the Rockefeller invention, "Agribusiness"

The UK taxpayer is currently funding 4 staff for Blairs office in Israel as ME peace negotiator!

Oh, and by the way, the offspring of this filthy scheming judas, who sold his country and the people for 30 pieces of silver, has now obtained a scholarship at Yale.
    Corruption, you say?
    Smells of shiite, you say?
Wait till you hear about his further appointment is what I say.
Filthy POS is what I say.

Recently on this blog, another Anon posted about the Rockefeller and B. Gates Global Seed Bank on an Island in the Arctic. This is far more important than people realise, and far from a hair-brained scheme by super-rich folks. Alarm bells should be ringing throughout the world on this item, yet no-one is even discussing it.
Like, I mean, after what sort of catastrophe would we need to re-stock global agriculture and answer that question after considering Rockefellers decades long efforts on global depopulation, and the Rockefeller employment of Hitlers eugenics scientists after WW11

My guess is that the entire cabal have a bunker somewhere, maybe near this one, where they can ride out, ermm, whatever they deliberately create.

  5. Good post Simon.
    Kissinger said control the food....

    And Monsanto Keeps appearing

    as if by magic.

One of the first things that Britain had to do, on entry into the EU, was give up its territorial fishing rights. These have now been raped and plundered by foreign countries. Fish stocks are in collapse. Incoherent fishing quotas and net sizes result in fish caught being "illegal" and not on quotas. They are therefor returned to the ocean after extraction from the nets, dead, not marketed

Current EU milk quotas allow the UK only to produce 70% of its milk requirements, WHY?
The UK winters are wetter and milder than the continent. Grass has a longer growing season, feed is cheaper per pound of meat.

Part of a system OF CONTROL. We must import the balance. No one area must be powerful enough to challenge the centre. Control can only be established and maintained through political bribery and contrived inter-dependence.

The EUSSR model of central command and control, with quotas for everything. Commissar gordon is even now speaking of 5 year plans.

Major areas of the UK, on EU maps, are scheduled for "re-wilding".
We are an independent race, we must be made irrelevant to be defeated.
We keep hearing mad-cap schemes to re-introduce wild predators of various types back to the UK.
Naturally the greens/lefties love this. Farmers carry the cost.
    Blind madness
Many £millions, and parliamentary time was spent on a debate about the cruelty of fox hunting, most of it out of malice.
Cows and pigs are driven hundreds of miles to slaughter, a very stressful experience. They are led into a controlled grid which holds the head, and "Stunned", - clinically dead. They are then hoisted by the rear legs, the throat cut to drain the blood, and conveyored to the "butchery" dept.

Many times, the beasts are not stunned, but are hoisted. alive, and kicking, in abject terror and pain. Their throats are cut, in theory from ear to ear, while they are still alive, and bellowing in pain and fear. Death does not come quickly by this method, it takes several minutes. The animal either dies of blood-loss, or drowns through inhalation of its own blood.

Sometimes the animal is still alive when it arrives at the "Butchery dept", where it is then carved up screaming in agony.

Sometimes, because of the animals thrashing, the throat cut is not deep enough to sever the appropriate artery, but because of the speed of the conveyor, there is no second try, then....well, just imagine it.

This second form of slaughter, where the animal is not "pre-stunned" is called Halal, or Kosher.

I do not anticipate any political will, or action, to correct this barbarism.

Needless to say the release of toxins from the endocrine system of the tortured animal is harmful to humans, but then, given the barbarous practice, do I really care?
