Poor old Des Browne. There he was yesterday, in full mea culpa mode, telling all and sundry that he "took full responsibility" for the tawdry decision to allow the 15 sailors to sell their stories; that "the buck stops here".Wonder how much Des Browne would get in kickbacks from the 15?
I must be naive or something because I never thought of that! I think it was the Navy trying to understand how the modern media work and it went horribly wrong.
