c) From a police source at @Cnews, this morning in Créteil (Val de Marne), not far from the court, a man tried to attack two women by shouting "I'm going to rape you, I'm going to rape you" according to witnesses. He then attacked a third woman, whom he attempted to rape.
Some of the victim's clothing was torn and torn off.

Passers-by intervened and secured the man. The victim is a magistrate from the Créteil public prosecutor's office. The alleged attacker was handed over to the police and declared, in broken French, that he wanted to rape the victim. This is a certain Kamel R., 23 years old, Algerian, in an irregular situation, subject to an #OQTF since October 13, issued by the Val de Marne prefecture.
