Karen Gillan. She can arrest me anytime :-) I know her from the film Guardians of the Galaxy rather than Dr Who.
Actually, #1 is a famous Australian sports woman (don't know the name).
#4 is Elena Deligioz from Moscow, "the world's most beautiful soldier". She's not a soldier, she sells military paraphernalia online and I think one of her pictures was used for propaganda purposes by the Ukrainians.
Once upon a time I was wandering around the square near the cathedral in Quito. Snapping the odd snap on my new camera as you do when touristing. I saw two police officers walking nearby, one was a woman, gorgeous, pencil skirt, useless for chasing a criminal. I did a double take, our eyes flirted for a little too long. I'm sure that my zoom lense protruded. The lovely lass even cast the occasional glance over her shoulder. Ah, those were the days.
No 3 is in fancy dress, shirley - that hair/skirt/shirtsleeves are never uniform standard - either that or I'm getting v. old
ReplyDeleteJH: Now Ian … did you not watch Doctor Who? Her initials are KG. Are Ripper and I the only ones who know our gals? 😎
DeleteJH: For Ian … https://youtu.be/7yoi4wM0Jiw .
DeleteThanks for the link JH, but I haven't watched Dr Who since Tom Baker took over!

DeleteDo people really wear their shin pads so high?
ReplyDeleteJH: If you’re a girl, you can do anything you want … so I’ve been told. ☺️
DeleteThat was my thought, too. No protection for the ankles.
