We do look at the sites as admins ... the criticism I'm most conscious of is that OoL is seen by me as an extension of N.O. To counter that, Julia is the chief and not in any 2IC way ... she made certain things clear and the tone is either hers or joint. I'm fine with that and as a result of me pulling my own head in and keeping the more "out there" posts over here ... it's just ... better that way. She never asked, I just see the need.

The tone at OoL is anti-Woke, pro-sanity, libertarian to classical liberal, very anti-statist, yet loyal to the land, the nation, the culture. If I step back a moment, I like the clean, straightforward look, the no-nonsense British perspective of old.

N.O., whilst obviously mainly British source, is of international scope, with hefty American threads, Europe, antipodes. Tries to be up to speed, even ahead of current, sometimes out there, always evaluating, ditching, keeping onboard. Forever ferreting.
