My first thought was Ireland, sort of thing the Saw Doctors would do and sounded like them. Then saw the kilt although realised no Scottish band ever has sounded so delightfully abandoned in their playing or attitude. The morris dancers gave it away. Rather fun though, shame I never heard of them, you don't get much' punk folk' now.
