Cartoon-time at the Sussman trial. :)

This from Brian Cates:

"Holy crap.

Sussmann's defense team is arguing that Judge Cooper needs to strike certain portions of Marc Elias's testimony as 'nonresponsive and prejudicial', prohibit any further reference in the trial to Elias' testimony but that's not all.

They go on to ask the judge to permit the defense to publish a transcript of Elias' revised testimony to the jury.

I have never in 30 years of covering court cases heard of such a thing.

"This guy testified the wrong way, he said things he shouldn't have, so we want that stricken from the record, Judge! And then we have a prepared transcript of what the witness SHOULD HAVE testified to that we want to give to the jury."

  1. 12 - for a moment I thought it was Britain too. There must be a pattern somewhere. If only we had some clever media folk to spot what it is and tell us.

    12. South Asians mate. Local and national television presenters, reporters on the ground - saw one recently reporting from Cornwall for the BBC and the next reporter from India, well it could have been her sister. All the Tech giant CEO's and COO's? Look 'em up. Our own cabinet? Senior jobs in government go to.. South Asians.

  3. The American Thinker can be reliable on certain topics but on the Uke business the trend seems to be pro cabal.

They were also slow to pick up on the cv scam, and remain behind the curve.

A thought occurred to me last night, what was djt referring to in 2017 when he tweeted "wake up and smell the covfefe"? Was it a sly admission that he knew what was coming, or a warning? All the stops were pulled out to prevent his second term which might suggest something.

  5. So Monkeypox is an STD now.

If you're foolish enough to raw-dog a Western woman, you get what you get.

  6. You can have my ticket. A tenner. That is as much as I can afford.
There will also be a spare seat in the Royal Box as Her Majesty will no doubt have a diplomatic headzche.
