Friday [10 to 14]

14.  The MS June deadline and the UK Column

... we'll do tomorrow morning.

13.  Heartbreaking story from Steve

They say revenge is a dish best served cold, Dominic Cummings today:

'The Prime Minister’s new Director of Communications Jack Doyle, at the PM’s request, has made a number of false accusations to the media.'

The following excerpt should surprise no one:

'Re lockdown. Last year there was a meeting between the PM, Cabinet Secretary, the Director of Communications and me regarding the leak of the decision for a further lockdown on the Friday evening immediately after the meeting in the Cabinet Room that made the decision (known in the media as ‘the chatty rat story’).

The Cabinet Secretary told the PM that the leak was neither me nor the then Director of Communications and that ‘all the evidence definitely leads to Henry Newman and others in that office, I’m just trying to get the communications data to prove it’.

The PM was very upset about this. He said to me afterwards:

‘If Newman is confirmed as the leaker then I will have to fire him, and this will cause me very serious problems with Carrie as they’re best friends … [pause] perhaps we could get the Cabinet Secretary to stop the leak inquiry?'

Heart bleeds.

12.  Friday Open road

11.  Chateau Marmont

Possibly the two most infamous hotels near Hollywood are the Cecil with all its murders and deaths in general ... and the haven for pervs and the weird in the 'entertainment' industry, the Chateau Marmont [post recently at N.O.].  Now it's up on racism and other ism charges, subject to picket lines etc. etc.  This is the place where Ruby Tuesday hung out in witch garb.
A spokesperson for Chateau Marmont denied the claims, telling Hollywood Reporter, “Throughout its history, the Chateau Marmont has always been a safe haven for creative people to express themselves in accordance with the First Amendment.”

“Today, Unite Here Local 11 broke that century-long compact by disrupting a union production who had the legal right to film on the hotel property,” the spokesperson added.

Being the Ricardos stars Nicole Kidman as Lucille Ball, and Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz, in a film about the I Love Lucy stars “as they face a crisis that could end their careers and another that could end their marriage,” according to IMDb.
Why on earth would anyone want to see a film anyway about Lucille Ball, the communist cell leader?  Vile person.

10.  They're certainly running scared:
YouTube and Twitter CENSOR Michelle Malkin Interview With Women Who Support Religious and Philosophical Exemptions From COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates - Big League Politics. YouTube removed the video and Twitter banned the link to the BitChute version.
Meanwhile, MTG is walking into a trap. She's challenged Cortez to a 'debate' but just as the Donald's 'debate' was rigged, with earpieces, risible 'fact-checkers' and other guff, so this one will be too - with the 2020 election still fresh in the memory.  She's not debating Cortez but the Machine, which has Cortez wired with all the answers.  Silly move, unnecessary.

Looks like a judge has ordered a halt:

'Maricopa judge orders a temporary halt to the Arizona forensic election audit until Monday, due to a last-minute lawsuit by the Arizona Democratic Party and County Supervisor citing "security issues."'
