I question those results. From my experiences, of commenting myself :), I'm surprised that common sense even registered and ignorance is way under represented.
I think we seem to be at one there. On one of the classical pieces of music I was going to run in the late evening timeslot, the whole vid was atmospheric but some idiot had responded to an equally idiotic dispute between Mozart supporters and Beethoven supporters who had divided themselves into camps!
At least the camps were civil but this idiot came in with the foulest language about them and turned that upload into something no longer enjoyable.
I'm surprised that ignorance and insults had such small slices of the pie!

Are you sure that it is from YouTube and not the comments on Guardian Comment is Free?
