  1. Jeez, the only one I got right was that it was named after a good lunch. Mmmm. Better check the answer first.

    Only joking. I got two really. 1 and 4. I guessed five though, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 10, correctly. 2 because of some vague memory from something recent and the rest because the other options didn't really provide alternatives.

    If this was a school test I would have an A level pass of 70%. If it was written test and not multiple choice I would have just scraped a C under our governments new marking scheme. In reality though, a fail.

  3. Well James, I knew the DH Lawrence answer, but I can't tell you there cos you shut off comments. So I'm not so dumb for once with your little quiz. The coal mining hint gave it away, but number three for sure since one of my best friends in Vancouver is a von Richthofen, the widow of Frieda's cousin Eric.
