ReplyDeleteCheese is one of my weaknesses, I have a savoury rather than a sweet tooth. Now I wonder what Russian cheeses are like, I can't remember them.
ReplyDeleteWill you sit watching it, WCL? Ellee, the cheeses are very nice, being natural and without compromise but they're not well known. There are a lot of imported cheeses - gouda, edam and maasdam are the most popular.
