You can never go back, you can't stay here

Our side of the politico-social divide is fairly well aware that there's little mercy coming our way [see Susie again at Samizdata] and we've said enough to burn our bridges with those who did have some compassion with us in more pleasant times before the far-left Wokery took over.

Which is not to say there was another way for us, there wasn't - we had and we have now a duty to speak out on things right and wrong, not to silently suffer or allow others to suffer, because we're trying to overturn the paradigm, the wilful blindness of our fellow citizens before it's too late.  Unfortunate, frustrating, but there it is.

Which is not to say we would not show compassion for a Wokist trying to kill us with a forced vaxx - old friends who now shun me, if they fell on hard times ... well yes, I'd provide a haven, if I still had one and if I were sure they'd not shop me to the stasi.

You see, since about 2003, I've been on the edge of disaster anyway - to quote one of the few friends to whom I told all - you, James, are utterly f***ed.  And on paper ... I am.  Yet here we all are before the rules all change in October and November, in time to put people like us on the streets before the cold sets in.  There are cogent reasons, inexorable, why that will be so, there are also ways it will not be. Same old Sword of Damocles for twenty years.

The only reason I come out with that this evening is a close friend sent me a video of my old town in Russia and to be fair - it wasn't that one which mortified me, it was a second and third one I also found - one during the day, one at night.

Thursday [15 till close of play]

To the bitter end.  There'll be a post at 8.30 p.m.

Sidney Powell revealed that her legal team is going to be able to ask Eric Coomer — the security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems — two hours worth of questions in a deposition on September 23rd.

The deposition was granted by the Colorado court overseeing a defamation lawsuit filed by Coomer that alleges Powell and other parties falsely accused him of being a key actor in “rigging” the election for President-elect Joe Biden.

a.  The following slides presents some selected organizations from this graphic. Cause of the complexity it shows mostly only the first level of connection.

First, you will get some general information about people from government agencies, companies and non-governmental organizations, as well as some important events or groups.  Further on in this document you will find a link analysis of these "stakeholders".

Try these

  1. Which two elements are liquid at room temperature?
  2. Official name of the Hays Code?
  3. In 1683, what was the siege where Islam was stopped?
  4. What's the line between the numerator and the denominator?
  5. Difference between a ballustrade and handrail?
  6. Name one species of even-toed ungulates.
  7. Which dynasty did Bosworth field end?

Thursday [11 to 14]

And onwards.

14.  Well ... obviously
  • The fact that the Squad picked on the Iron Dome to make its stand against Israel is significant. The Iron Dome is a system developed jointly by the United States and Israel that is purely defensive. It does not kill, injure, or threaten anyone. It only protects civilians against war crimes committed by terrorist groups that direct lethal rockets against innocent civilians.

  • The fact that the Squad would try to deny Israel the right to defend its civilians speaks volumes about the lack of morality and decency among Squad members and their allies.

... about the BIS piece of lard but as all knowledgeable students of the swamp understand, he's the one to take the flak in the front office - the real bstds are both there and in London and Scotland.  The families.  Still, worth looking at him:

Time to air a grievance and I know I’m not in a minority of one here - there were four upvotes at one vlog I mentioned it at and that’s the use of loud music in videos.  Since I began online, I’ve been moaning about sailing videos - for some reason, yachties choose the most appalling noise, called music.  Also, they mostly seem left-liberal for some reason, which is curious, given the cost of these craft.

Travelogues still have the disease, this mania to drown out serious commentary with distracting noise - why on earth do they do it?
