Closer examination shows that that’s Evets 2, last Evets of the night. But I know there was an Evets 6 from gmail. So what gives?  Poked around more, suddenly they all appeared. Just a glitch at my end, no doubt, nothing to do with mine host.

There's a video clip on Gab (apparently) showing the pilot ejecting, and shortly after a large black cloud of smoke rising. It clearly wasn't very high, or travelling particularly fast at the time, which gives some credence to the above.
