About a decade ago, I was training for the CAB and it struck me that it was all one way. I quite accept its history and mission statement, that it was far more likely to be used by the poor and downtrodden and yet it said ‘without prejudice’, i.e. any citizen at all was catered for.
The head honcho woman at our branch was a nice enough person, within the confines of her Woke belief system and mission statement, kind to all, but she looked askance at the question of bad treatment of an employer by employees. I thoroughly agreed that reverse cases needed pursuing, bad treatment of employees, but to be fair, asked I, what about where the employer is being harassed or shown prejudice, when the employee refused to do her job as agreed?
She smiled and ‘knew’ I was having my little joke … no, we don’t deal with employers, assist them, they have their own redress.
I was reminded of that now in the Daily Sceptic. I’d seen this nurse suing over wrongful dismissal or whatever but had not explored it as yet.
The mental health nurse, who is in the final stages of a two-year course in forensic psychology at the trust, objected to a lecture titled “whiteness – a problem of our time” in Oct 2020, where attendees were forced to confront “the reality of white privilege”.

Where do we even start? I’m going to start with Russia where I was living and no one said anything unnecessary in public. It had reached the stage, by 1990 and even beyond, where you were a criminal for even breathing the wrong way.

You of course could counter-sue … so by and large, people didn’t, unless for their personal gain if they could see one. There were lawyers everywhere who’d take the case … for a consideration.
I can't believe the sheer effrontery of these US neocons: First they arrange the bombing of the Nordstream pipeline, which is likely to trash european economies, then they ask/expect us to give more money to one of the most corrupt countries on earth!

Has anyone considered that the pipes may have blown up by themselves? Methane in pipes should be kept moving. Chemical changes occur when it is sitting still for any length of time.
