National cuisine - nation please:
- Banitsa - whisked eggs, pieces of cheese and filo
- Plov - rice and lamb dish
- Pie floater - meat pie swimming in pea soup
- Frikadeller - flat meat patties, mince, chopped onions
- Nasi Goreng - fried rice, shrimp, shallots, soy sauce
- Stamppot - mash, sauerkraut, endive, kale, turnips etc.
- Rouladen - top round roast, garnish
