... there is sufficient prima facie for courts to act, were they neutral and of good intent towards the US of A. Problem is, as it's always been, political will. That's what governs and the unprincipled pollie is either held to account or abetted.
Courts have been stacked. I admire Steve's optimism and enthusiasm. I'd prefer hopeful to my wrist slashing view of things.
