Friday [7 to 11]

11.  Guess what I'm doing for Friday supper


Probably won't snap the finished thing because I'll be eating it instead but you get the idea.  This is sea cod so they assure me, not fish farm.  Shan’t go the curry route but creme fraiche all herbed up, plus lemon.  Already have a purple cabbage concasse to go, small portion.

  1. We had corn-on-the cob from the garden for lunch. We shall be having fish pie for dinner.

    On about Monday it will be cheese fondue.

    Tomorrow there's a good chance we'll be eating a pie from the village market.

    That probably leaves bangers for Sunday evening. With which we tend to have Polish mustard.

  2. Good bangers are not shoddy - Polish mustard interesting, we called it garchitsa in Russia. Another Polish thing I loved was slivovitz.
