Wednesday [5]

5. Mixed marriages rife ... or just propaganda?

It's necessary, on this topic, to open by saying why I like the chap presenting the clip at the foot of the post - there are a few reasons:

Firstly, he is ethnically British or English from way back, he's also one or two generations ahead of me and thus was part of that lot who fought for this country, he knows how things were.  His style is slow and measured, which must frustrate the speedy gonzales readers among us and as for the Woke - they'd be near enough to apoplectic.

There's also the element of 'last of the white males of age' too - he's part of the most abused and put down demographic in our time and for that reason alone I quite like him. Plus his views are typical of ours.

Plus he'll tackle really sensitive topics. I noticed in comments LaHayeSaint saying how brave he was:

This is a brave man to talk about such contentious issues.

So to the issue:

There's the personal side, with more than a bit of hypocrisy on my part - I have no opinion on an Englishman partnering a girl from 'elsewhere' but I very much do when 'our' women go off with a black stud and it's obviously many white women's fantasies.  Ugggghhhh.

Now that's rich coming from me because my own track record is not exactly homo-ethnic/national. Dalliances with about eight slavs, two Americans, two Queenslanders, about four Victorians, three five English, two French, two Italians, one from Suomi, one two Spanish girl[s], no Germans yet but am not opposed, about eight bolgars, a Hungarian, two from Austria, a couple from 'priBaltika', two Dutch, think that's about it.  One three Indonesian[s], one on a plane and she's Chapter 1-8 of the long book.  The word is dalliance, by the way, not nooky but if any of us chaps count those we've been soft on over our time, how many hundred would that be?

So really, methinks in most of our cases, it would be a bit hypocritical, as mentioned.  That though is not the issue here and you know it's not.  To quote Mina VanderLeest from the comments thread:

Most of what's produced for our entertainment is meant as propaganda.  It truly is a culture war.

There were 73 replies.  Phew.  Would I be absolutely against being friends with Mina, were she a lady? Of course not, not on the grounds that she was Dutch.  I forgot two Canadian girls earlier. Canadians can be rather nice, despite their soy boy politics.  So we're not nationally particular, are we?

On the other hand, one commenter mentioned other criteria and that's fair. How many have I dallied with who had tatts, multi-piercings or who smelt?  Zero.  Not one.  How many whom I knew to be slappers?  Zero [we don't know where they've been, do we]?

Just on that point, how many of you picked up that twice now I've run, in the Wimmin on bikes posts, one Kelly Brook [including yesterday] and no one mentioned it?

Forever chasing faithless studs, particularly of a certain ethnicity, that then means she's got around a bit too and just maybe that's one reason they don't stay, perhaps even stay way clear.  Who knows?

We still haven't got to the nub of the issue:

All the above is personal.  Then we get down to the muddying of the gene pool and the Gt Replcmt.  Ah, that's another matter [Silly Hal and Megs].  Then look at what the royals have been up to for millennia, marrying for alliances.  How many illegitimates too?
