Thursday [1 to 6]

Happy Thursday, one ’n all.

6.  Sally Beck

WHEN the NHS suspended GP Dr Sam White without pay for daring to question the Covid narrative, they thought he would meekly disappear. Thankfully he didn’t, because the lack of debate from doctors over draconian measures the country has endured unnecessarily has been deafening. Instead, he took legal advice and his solicitor fired off a 23-page letter to the chief executive of the NHS, Sir Simon Stevens.
5.  The nub of the matter

Who could ever forget how public health experts demonized lockdown protesters while celebrating "Black Lives Matter" protests — as cities burned and lives and livelihoods were ravaged?  Whatever happened to the lofty ideal of "do no harm"?

In a brazenly ideological letter, meanwhile, more than 1,000 health experts defended their position at the time.

4.  Rewinding through the post section numbers

… saw this again, checked out the blog:

It covers some ground which probably needs repeating.

3.  An early morning walkthrough

... this Thursday morn.  This is where the Higham gets his reality from:

a.  Anything domestic - also note, text, missed phone call - usually none.

b.  Emails, inc. clicking through but also special friend[s].

c.  Check comments on the blog once through the security rungs, click through, cut and paste.

d.  Do the rounds over a sip of coffee, such that this sort of thing comes up:

Just noting there how ordinary the people are, hardly career activists.

And so on, around the blogs, including:

... noting that I need to put that in the sidebar near the top.

e.  Back to some blogs for material for the day, quick look at Guido for UK official guff, quick scroll of Wail and Express for anything I missed, get another coffee.

f.  Quick scroll down YT recommendeds, noting films, music, features on, say, the Cortina.

g.  See if there was any major theme, if so, do an op ed.

h.  Subs emails start coming through about 5 a.m., also Ripper home from work, post, this too:
Tottenham Hotspur has become the first Premier League football club to announce they will be trialing the use of vaccine passports ahead of the new season.
i.  Fix all the Google script-kiddy-ruination changes for the day, find a way around them, complete redaction on site, go to OoL [Julia usually has it covered].  Along the way, do the personal doings, have coffee.

j.  Light comes up outside - good, now I can see what the heck I'm meant to be doing. Think how to do the Cortina post.

  1. 1a) The Pass Sanitaire (Covid Passport) that President Macaroon announced the other say has come back to bite him in the fesse (b*m). A local cinema attendance is down by 86% and a Zoo near me by 40%

1b) The owners of cafes, restaurants and hotels are up in arms, their trade is also down and they are planning retaliation.

(Note; The site takes ages to load, but will arrive eventually. The carrier pigeons in this part of France are rather slow)

    2) Going back to farmed/wild salmon and trout.

In the supermarket this morning I saw the sign "Salmon from the fjords of Norway" giving the impression that one was buying wild fish. Closer reading reveled that they were farmed fish. At least the Scottish exporters were honest and straightforward with their packaging.

  2. Bogus Johnson's discrimination of people from France entering England is going down like a lead balloon.

  3. No2 - Kate Shemirani. Last few days have been fascinating yet predictable in terms of narrative shift. Any call for accountability now triggers the criminal's descent into victim consciousness as a defence mechanism. For this, of course, they need an imaginary oppressor or scapegoat.
They have found one and the BBC is so riddled with shabby charlatans that they see nothing wrong in exploiting minor family issues and getting a son to publicly condemn his mother on mental grounds as long as it maintains their lie.
A government and its propaganda organ are otherising the unvaccinated and claiming that they are killing people. As a supposedly responsible broadcaster the BBC know full well that this can cause some people to become violent towards unvaccinated. If you knew that a person's presence in your vicinity would be likely to kill you a good kicking seems like a mild and reasonable response does it not? The BBC (NOT anyone who happens to hold a different opinion) is evil.

    1. This is now their job (MSM), to turn the fear they sewed over the last 18 months or so, into division. Covid is now beginning to burn out as the focus shifts onto the corruption and criminality that has been involved, and the fall in confidence in the NHS. The people must never become united.

    3. 3h I posted, seeing it in passing after noticing you were about - the two are not connected as you say.
