Pilots v ATC

Always looking here for something a little extra with youtubes, something a bit out of the ordinary or of note and this channel [below] is filled with such things. There are certain airline channels which are a bit iffy but this one with Kelsey has various pilots and ATCs going to it and that, along with his attitude, is why it's definitely on my layman list.

Attitude is the whole issue in this episode, also the chain of command, also why you do not want to ever call the tower later over an error.  Going to speak of the first tosser after the video:

Now, the first pilot, Captain Happy - I was thinking when I heard that, plus another chap in comments also noted it - it seems awfully like the KLM pilot in Tenerife in 1977.
