There was an Irish company Steorn that stated that it had created something similar and it offered to put its systemato scrutiny by a jury of experts. The jury has come back saying that the system is not feasible.
Anyway I am a tad sceptical about their claims, If they can reqeite the laws of physics then I would be glad to see it happen!
