You know I'm outside. As an outsider, I would say:-
LET IT GO. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
The intrinsic character of a person who would set up a blog, behind the superficial leanings, or flavour of their blog, is not a character that is happy with "admin", "rules" or any other type of handcuff.
As an outsider, I am amazed that you have commenced the setting up of another structure.
DO YOU LIKE PAIN? DO YOU LIKE HASSLE?
Be your own man, James. Cream always rises to the surface.
On the other hand, structures always pour sand into the cogs.
If you want help, go the route of other blogs, and have co-writers, who stand behind their own words personally.
Put it all behind you, don't let it take anymore from you.

As another outsider, I'm inclined to agree - let it go. This is, perhaps, why I avoid groups like the plague ;)
