This is about the murder of Meredith Kercher and the necessity for closure. I have a request. If you are going to run a picture, run it of Meredith and not of the [alleged] murderess. The victim should be remembered, not the perpetrator.

For a long time, Calum has been crying out for help with the heartless, monolithic monstrosity, the NHS, which is blighting his wife's life. It has to start somewhere, in a small way, so why not with Calum? When Debacle returns I'll put her link up as well.I urge you to help if you can - you don't need to be British.

I join Alison in asking if British (and US and Commonwealth since we are all in this together) bloggers could run the logo above [linked here] in their sidebars, or a post every Friday asking your readers to support this.

Don't forget these either:

Folks, a little money from us in supporting our own troops costs us little, even someone in my circumstances but it makes a huge difference, cumulatively, for them. Let's follow the links and do this thing.

[curses] rained down on blogger

Blogger is playing up. It won't load photos, then it will, then it won't post, then it will. The latest was the last straw.

I had Blogfocus Wednesday ready and guess what? It wouldn't publish but it did save and even said what time it saved. The joke was that when I went to Manage Posts, it wurnt thar, wur it?

Bstds!!! Now I'm too tired and have to go to bed. Sob. I'll try tomorrow morning.

The blog of everyone I know on Wordpress takes so long to load! I am always being told to change to Wordpress by a very techie online friend but I'm too scared to move in case I mess everything up irrevocably. Unless you can take it all with you, not sure that you can.

Blogger is not so bad, except when it is. Tomorrow is another day.

Blogger Longrider says ... (18 October 2007 18:42) :

You can take other blogs to Wordpress - they have an import facility. I managed to take my Blog-City blog over to Wordpress. As for loading, this seems to vary. My main page seems to be okay, but the comments seem to take a while to load - this may be to do with the plugins, though.
