[1776 to 2008] remember the united states

Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand

Between their loved homes and the war’s desolation,
Blest with vict’ry and peace, may the Heav’n-rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our Trust"

America, a double ration of rum for every soldier and an artillery salute to you on your day.

Now, if you'll forgive me, I hold this truth to be self-evident that since World War 1, no American or British Army has won a battle with a major foe without the other army also being in action somewhere around the globe. The enemy is no longer us but some within your own shores.

I further hold it to be self-evident that the powers vested in these United States of America were verbally given away on March 23, 2005 by George W. Bush to a group who will be known as the NAAC and the "deep integration" is due to take place in early 2009, under the next President.

It's also available at Amazon but I figure an autographed copy by the man who's trying to save us is more worthwhile. We blocked part of the NAU by shooting down that worthless amnesty bill. Sections 112, 113, 114, and 413 were execeptionally relevant. Most Senators hadn't read the bill beforehand. What a worthless Senate and Senators we have (Note that Congress always has historically low approval ratings by the American public in opinion polls) but I seriously mean it this time. One of my two Senators voted for cloture and the other (who's horrible!) didn't! Strange days are upon us.

"hose who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety" It's debate whether Benjamin Franklin said this or not (Wikiquote (we all know how accurate that is) says it was a guy named Richard Jackson).

Jefferson's quote rings true, "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance." We'll see what we can do to stop this thing. If it goes thru, Bush will not be viewed in a positive light anymore (the little positive light he has left would vanish).

  2. Be well dear James,
and thank you for the happy wishes on the day of our 'declaration'...

The enemy within? I'm afraid this may be so...
